Absylux® CN-F
(Conductive Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) Non-sloughing, carbon-fiberfilled material with high strength and stiffness; easily machined.
Absylux® CN-P
(Conductive Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)) Carbon-powder-filled conductive material with high strength and stiffness, and relatively high impact strength. This material is easily machined and fabricated into close tolerance finished parts.
Absylux® SD-A
(Static-dissipative Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) Non-carbon-filled anti-static material which has high impact strength, good tensile and flexural strength, and is easily machined. Available in natural or black, it can be easily thermoformed in thinner gauges, and is bondable with WELD-ON® 1707.
Crystat®
(Anti-static Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) Semitransparent, inherently anti-static material available in roll stock and thin gauge sheet. Its strength and clarity make it excellent for thermoforming.
Lennite® CN-P
(Conductive Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Carbon powder-filled, self-lubricating, conductive material with excellent abrasion-resistance and high impact strength. This material is lightweight and easily machined, has good chemical and stress-crack resistance, and good wear-resistance.
Lennite® SD-P
(Static-dissipative Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Carbon powder-filled, self-lubricating, moisture-repellent material with resistivity levels in the 105 - 109 range. This material has the highest impact strength, is lightweight, has excellent abrasion resistance, and possesses good chemical and stress-crack resistance.
Pomalux® CN-F
(Conductive Acetal Copolymer) Non-sloughing carbon-fiber-filled material which is extremely strong and stiff with excellent dimensional stability. Abrasion-resistant, highly chemicalresistant, with temperature resistance to 320° F.
Pomalux® CN-SS
(Conductive Acetal Copolymer)) Stainless-steel-fiber-filled, non-sloughing, dimensionally stable material HDT @ 264 psi of 225° F. This material has relatively high chemical resistance, is extremely strong and stiff, and is an excellent choice for situations where carbon-based conductive fillers are not acceptable. Easily machined with carbide-tipped tooling to tight tolerances.
Pomalux® SD-A
(Static-dissipative acetal copolymer) Non-carbon-filled, permanently staticdissipative material which is non-migratory and non-humidity dependent. With enhanced lubricity, Pomalux SD-A provides superior wear resistance and ease of machining. Its extremely low outgassing values and non-sloughing characteristics make it ideal for applications where particulate generation cannot be tolerated. Enhanced lubricity, chemically resistant, and dimensionally stable.
Propylux® CN-F
(Conductive Polypropylene) Non-sloughing, carbon fiber filled material with good chemical resistance, high strength and stiffness, and good temperature resistance to 250° F. This material is light weight, easily machined and fabricated, and has good overall mechanical properties.
Propylux® CN-P
(Conductive Polypropylene) Carbon powder filled lightweight material with good chemical resistance, extremely low water absorption level, high impact resistance and is cost effective.
Propylux® SD-A
(Static-dissipative Polypropylene) Non-carbon filled, permanently static-dissipative material, with good chemical resistance and mechanical properties. This material is light weight, weldable, easily machined and fabricated, available in natural or black color, and has moderate transparency at thinner gauges.
Propylux® SD-X7
(Static-dissipative Polypropylene) A new static control material employing unique proprietary technologies. As a result, Propylux SD-X7 products exhibit consistent surface resistivities in the 106 - 109 range. While other products with similar resistivity values contain 10% to 20% carbon black, Propylux SD-X7 technology allows for low carbon concentrations between 1% to 2%. With this lower carbon loading, contamination problems resulting from sloughing are greatly reduced making Propylux SD-X7 clean room compatible. Other features of this technology are low leachable ion levels and low outgassing.
PVDF CN-F
(Conductive KYNAR® Polyvinylidene Fluoride) Non-sloughing carbon-fiber-filled material with resistance to most chemicals and solvents. Mechanically strong and tough, thermally stable to 335° F, flame and abrasion resistant, and easily fabricated into finished parts.
PVDF CN-P
(Conductive KYNAR® Polyvinylidene Fluoride) Carbon-powder-filled, thermally stable, conductive material with consistent resistivities < 105. This material is extremely tough with good flame and abrasion-resistance. Resistant to many chemistries and solvents, including strong acids. Due to the carbon powder fill, this material is also available in film format as thin as .002”.
Tempalux CN-F
(conductive polyetherimide) Non-sloughing carbon-fiber-filled material which is extremely strong and stiff, has excellent dimensional stability, and high temperature resistance to 415° F. This material has broad chemical resistance and excellent fabrication finishing characteristics. UL94 V-0 rated.
ZELUX® CN-P
(Conductive Polycarbonate) The CN-P material is carbon-powderfilled, while the CN-SS is filled with small non-sloughing stainless steel fibers. Both have high flexural strength and good thermal stability to 275° F. The CN-SS material has excellent impact strength, while the CN-P is UL94 V-0 rated at .030” and is thermoformable in thinner gauges (.010” - .060”).
ZELUX® CN-SS
(Conductive Polycarbonate) The CN-P material is carbon-powderfilled, while the CN-SS is filled with small non-sloughing stainless steel fibers. Both have high flexural strength and good thermal stability to 275° F. The CN-SS material has excellent impact strength, while the CN-P is UL94 V-0 rated at .030” and is thermoformable in thinner gauges (.010” - .060”).
ZELUX® SD-P
(Static-dissipative Polycarbonate) Carbon-powder-filled material with resistivity levels in the 107 - 1011 range with high flexural strength and good thermal stability to 270° F. UL94 V-O rated at .030”, this material is thermoformable in .010” - .060” gauges, and has low outgassing properties. |
